Hi, I’m Hannah. I’m a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern practicing under supervision at Innovative Family Therapy. I work with children, teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, OCD, relationship stress, self-worth, military life and other life transitions.
My style is calm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I focus on helping you slow things down, notice patterns in your thoughts and relationships, and build practical ways to feel more grounded and connected in your day-to-day life.
I draw from different approaches in therapy depending on what’s helpful for you in the moment, and I’m especially interested in how past experiences and relationships shape how we see ourselves today.
