I am a sex & kink positive therapist with a passion for supporting LGBTQ+ folks and those in nontraditional relationships who are ready to build insight and explore what’s been keeping them stuck. For clients struggling with trauma, I am also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy- a short-term treatment that is often effective in 1-3 sessions.

My style is collaborative & goal-oriented with a focus on somatic and parts work to get you out of your head and in better alignment with your goals. I often use Accelerated Resolution Therapy for clients who want more focused trauma treatment and feel ready to tackle difficult life experiences that feel stuck in their minds eye. We use rapid eye movement to desensitize to traumatic images and most find relief in 1 to 3 sessions.
