Accepting in person clients March 2026! Down to earth dual focused therapist with therapeutic work grounded in the understanding that we all seek connection, acceptance, safety, and belonging. I emphasize a trauma-informed approach to counseling, which means I prioritize a strong relational foundation of trust. At my core, I trust in your intrinsic orientation towards healing and wholeness. This wisdom is what will help guide you on your therapeutic journey. I have a passion for supporting those in recovery from addiction, individuals who love someone struggling with an addiction, the LGBTQ+ population, mental health disorders including, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and support with grief and loss and other life transitions. I have experience working with those 13 years old and up.

I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, have special interest in Earth-Based Practices and Internal Family Systems, however my approaches truly are client centered and based off the need of yourself.
