I’m a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate, and I work with individuals struggling with compulsive sexual behaviors, infidelity, childhood trauma, and chronic health issues.
Our bodies carry the weight of what we’ve been through. Healing isn’t about simply “moving on.” It’s about creating space to process what happened, reconnect with yourself, and begin rebuilding a sense of safety and trust within yourself and in your relationships.
I help people heal at the level talk therapy can’t reach alone. We work with the body, the nervous system, and the parts of you that had to adapt to survive. My style is grounded and compassionate. I use EMDR, IFS parts work, mindfulness and CBT, always paced to your nervous system. I'm licensed to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania.

This group is virtual and is led by a Licensed Professional Counselor/Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate. If you are experiencing betrayal trauma as a result of your partner's sex/porn addiction, you are in the right place.
