I provide a safe, encouraging environment for couples and adults (age 18+) to make radical change. Your time is valuable, and I aim to make the most out of every session using evidence-based practices - my expertise is in attachment theory, reparenting, self-regulation, complex PTSD, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT).
Using a healthy dose of humor and my own imperfect humanness, I prioritize creating genuine relationships with my clients.
