Perinatal IOP
The Postpartum Den offers an intensive therapy options for mothers struggling with prenatal or postpartum Anxiety, Depression, OCD, trauma/PTSD, and/or panic disorders. Our IOP is offered 3 days/ week and includes 3 hours of group therapy per day. Each of those days includes a skills group, a wellness group, and a traditional processing group. Weekly individual and/or couples sessions are also offered in addition to group work.
