It is so tough when we feel we are only surviving and not truly living. We may want to completely live our fullest lives, yet struggle with it when we are not feeling deserving, worthy, or heard. Feeling different and having experienced trauma does not have to guide our lives. I want to encourage you on your journey of learning how to be your best self, which includes providing self-compassion and challenge to overcome. We all have an underlying need for connection and remaining authentic to who we are is vital. I believe that everyone is capable of change and getting their power back. I want to help you get there.
I provide a warm and non-judgmental space, while utilizing a 'lovingly direct' approach. I encompass a strength-based mindset in my work. I specialize in working with ages 10-28 amongst the ND population, while also providing support to this age range within the neurotypical population. I incorporate several different modalities for individualized support.
I would love to support you on your journey in reaching your fullest potential. It's okay to be human and to learn more about ourselves from each experience. I am available for a complementary call to see how I can help you grow.
