About
My name is Hannah Salazar and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio. I started my mental health counselor journey back in 2016 and since then I have worked with ages 3-93. My prior training includes being trained as a neuropsychological psychometrist and will often utilize some mental health assessments in session in order to obtain objective data that will help me to help you. I utilize ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) during sessions and will often pull from both theories.
I am a former military child and now, a military spouse. I specialize in military families, as well as non-military children, adolescents, and young to middle age adults. I currently only provide telehealth.
Life can be rough. There's a myriad of changes that happen to each and every one of us on this wild journey of life. Asking for help and being vulnerable takes courage and bravery. I am honored to be considered on your personal journey. I hope to provide an excellent quality of service to help you thrive and to meet your goals!
