We all deserve to feel seen and accepted for who we are. You may be feeling anxious, stuck in transition, or weighed down by patterns that no longer serve you. Perhaps you’re wondering who you are, grappling with a harsh inner critic, navigating family or school challenges, or facing what it means to live authentically as a neurodivergent individual. Let's co-create a space for you to reflect and uncover a life rooted in connection and purpose, where your sense of self—your wholeness—is recognized and affirmed.
I work with individuals (15+) exploring identity, relationship issues, childhood trauma/CPTSD, perfectionism, and late-diagnosis of autism or ADHD (an ND therapist with expertise in a neurodiversity-affirming lens). I will support you in processing painful experiences and building a value system that emphasizes resilience and self-compassion.
Through the use of tailored psychotherapy methods, somatic awareness, and collaborative treatment, I believe in meeting you where you are, even in deep uncertainty. Therapy isn’t about quick fixes but about courageous vulnerability, surrendering, and unlearning what no longer serves you. Feel free to contact me via my website or here on Psychology Today.
