Hi, I'm Hannah! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters Degree in Social Work from Edinboro University. I have experience in individual, couples and group therapy. I focus primarily on trauma processing, working through depression, anxiety, life adjustments, relationship issues, stress management, addiction, self esteem, self awareness, and other essential areas of life such as communication and boundaries. I am currently trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and Motivational Interviewing. I am working toward being trained in several other therapeutic approaches in the near future.
I will work to create a safe environment that is free from shame and judgment and will utilize the power of humor and creative interventions in therapy to help you achieve your goals. I will assist you in identifying your own personal strengths, and using those strengths to move you toward achieving your counseling goals.
