Growing up as an only child in two culturally different households was tough. It feels like you’re always shape shifting to make everyone else more comfortable. Never getting a chance to relax into yourself. This left me on high alert, constantly second guessing all of my decisions. I didn’t know who I was. I was stuck feeling depleted and anxious. I stopped making any moves fearing I would seem foolish, or worse, fail. I became a therapist to help people who are lost, whip those internal nagging voices into shape. I'll help you challenge the unhealthy patterns you’ve gotten into because of doubt, shame, and believing the haters.

I’ve been stuck and unaware of who I was or where I was going, especially when I realized I had ADHD. After multiple careers, I’ve realized knowing “all” of the the things is not what helps us learn who we are. That’s where our work starts. I help you put up the bumper guards (yes from bowling) to keep you in the lane traveling toward your goals.
