I enjoy working with clients who are seeking support after experiencing adversity, processing current or past traumas, addressing beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve them, and exploring who they are and want to be. I work from a multicultural, client-centered, & psychodynamic approach & utilize a number of therapeutic techniques to best meet your specific needs. I have worked with individuals & couples with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, addictions, family conflict, trauma, emotional distress, unexpected life changes, & identity concerns.
