I enjoy working with clients who are seeking support after experiencing adversity, processing current or past traumas, addressing beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve them, and exploring who they are and want to be. I believe in the importance of acknowledging and appreciating the many layers of my client's identities, and I aim to create a safe space to explore your unique context and experiences.
I work from a multicultural, client-centered, & psychodynamic approach & utilize a number of therapeutic techniques to best meet your specific needs. I have worked with individuals & couples with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, addictions, family conflict, trauma, emotional distress, unexpected life changes, & identity concerns.
