I’m Hannah, an LCSW therapist, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. I know it takes a lot of courage to reach out for help, and I want you to know you’re not alone in this journey. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or just need someone to talk to (hey, life can get weird sometimes), I’m here for it! My main passion in therapy is supporting clients who have experienced trauma, are facing behavioral challenges, or are struggling with unresolved issues from their past. I find deep fulfillment in helping people navigate these complexities and move toward healing.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can truly be yourself—no judgment, no pretending. We’ll work together to figure out what's going on in your mind and how to deal with it in a way that feels right for you. I use a mix of approaches like DBT, CBT, EMDR, and IFS to build on the skills that you may not even know you already use.
I’ve worked with people just like you—individuals who are trying to manage their busy lives, find balance, and maybe even laugh a little along the way.
