I am a trauma-focused therapist by training. I work with adults and adolescents using talk & EMDR therapy to help them navigate relationships, increase self-trust, make decisions, and process the stuff they've tried to move past. My favorite therapy sessions involve laughter, making connections between the past and present, and focusing on YOUR goals.
