Together, we explore these patterns and help you build a stronger sense of self so you can relate in more grounded, intentional ways.

My work integrates attachment theory, Self-Determination Theory, neuropsychology, narrative therapy, and Bowen Family Systems Theory to support meaningful, lasting change. We focus on boundaries, emotional regulation, and shifting relational patterns so you can feel more authentic, secure, and connected.
