With a heart-centered presence, I welcome in clients that are curious to deepen relationship with themselves in a empowered, gentle, and compassionate way. I offer a collaborative, warm space that is focused on cultivating a sense of safety and empathetic understanding as we move through what naturally arises in therapy. I work with those navigating the effects of childhood trauma, loneliness and shyness, existential issues, grief, emotional abuse, stress, and ptsd symptoms. I also hold space for highly sensitive individuals looking for support in navigating their empathetic way of moving through the world.
I offer a blend of holistic, body-focused, and trauma-informed modalities. I specialize in Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, meditation, EMDR, yoga, compassion-focused, emotion-focused, nervous system regulation, and Sensorimotor Art Therapy. Each session is intentionally weaved to honor the unique goals and desires for our time together.
My aim is to help guide people into a felt-sense of safety and self-compassion within the hardships that arise in life. That way, we may begin to release patterns, limiting beliefs, and old ways of being that are no longer serving. All with the intention to help foster and step into a more embodied self.
