Hi! I have worked with families seeking therapy for a number of reasons- those looking for relief for their child struggling with anxiety, those hoping to strengthen their bond and attachment with their children, and many seeking support for the whole family through a stressful season in life. I provide parenting support the whole way through.
I offer play therapy in a warm and consistent environment, allowing parents and children a place to grow in their courage to try new skills or a different way of relating to each other. I am Theraplay informed in my practice with families and specialize in working with families who have grown through adoption and families serving through foster care.
