Hi, I'm Hannah. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I'd like to work together if you think we'd be a good fit. In my practice, I work with clients to explore the roots of such issues as grief, stress, anxiety, and relationships. Together, we’ll look at the coping skills that once helped but may no longer serve you and identify the triggers and patterns keeping you stuck. We’ll consider how your past and present interactions shape your experiences today.
In our first session, we will start to get to know each other and what brings you to therapy. Then, we'll see if we are a good fit. If you'd like, we can start exploring some of those issues and map a plan for addressing and examining the issues you've raised in more depth.
I wholeheartedly believe this work is best done one human to another. I have lived life, I go to therapy, and I understand how patterns and old habits affect our lives today. I listen to what you are and are not saying, and together we do the work. Going to therapy is courageous - it's not for everyone.
