Welcome! If you’re needing support or curious how therapy could help you or your family, my hope is that something here sparks your hope. I am a licensed mental health counselor and have been in practice in Central Florida for the past 10 years. I focus on helping people through some of life’s more complex experiences, especially around adoption, divorce, abuse, neglect and other relationally based traumas. I know these situations can be deeply challenging, but with the right support, they can also be opportunities for growth and healing.
I use therapeutic approaches like EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Mindfulness based talk therapy, and process-oriented play therapies, which are all particularly effective for those who have experienced abandonment, childhood trauma and other attachment wounds.
Beyond working directly with clients, I’m also passionate about mentoring new therapists through supervision and consultation.
