Children can have a hard time navigating their world through big changes, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Sometimes this looks like a kid who is shut down, a kid whose attitudes changed overnight, or a kid who starts misbehaving or lashing out unlike before. This is what I am here to help. It can help children and teens to have someone meet them where they are at without judgment or previous expectations to help sort through what may be overwhelming or scary. Adults can experience all of this too. There is nothing wrong with needing a little extra help in today's world.
I offer a space to be your true self whenever you are ready to share it and however much you are ready to share. I specialize in offering a person centered perspective to all changes in the human experience with evidence based practices that do not feel like talking to a wall or hearing from a script.
