Hannah has experience working with adolescents (ages 10-18) as well as young adults. Working with individuals who have never experienced mental health struggles in the past is something that Hannah has found an interest in. Hannah believes that the relationship between the client and the therapist is the foundation of progress and growth in a therapeutic environment.
Hannah is committed to creating a safe and judgment free zone for clients to foster an environment where clients can explore their experiences, feelings, and sense of self. Hannah currently uses values-based work, Person-Centered therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches in her work.
