About
I am pleased to offer in-person psychotherapy for adults at this time. I am experienced in the treatment of anxiety, depression, the lasting effects of trauma, as well as concerns about addiction and relationships. My practice is informed by my training at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy and the Manhattan Institute for Psychoanalysis as well as from years of work in clinic settings. I have significant clinical and lived experience with LGBTQI2A community.
I offer a relational and interactive approach in in order to facilitate an exploration of your history, present, relationships, and many identities with curiosity and warmth. Our collaborative exploration will serve to support and strengthen your sense of self knowledge so that you may make more conscious decisions about your own life.
The formation of a strong alliance between us will be central in creating the conditions for you to feel fortified in the exploration of your internal world. I welcome feedback on our work together- what feels exciting? What feels productive? I also believe psychotherapy can strengthen our ability to participate in the broader socio-political world.
