By addressing these multiple facets, we can together develop an individualized treatment plan that addresses you as a whole person, not just your diagnosis.

I am passionate about working with adolescents (ages 16+) & adults (ages 18+) in individual counseling. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, chronic & acute illness, trauma, life & career transitions, & grief & loss.

In working with clients, I take a holistic approach to ensure both physical & mental needs are addressed. Honesty, empathy, & respect serve as the foundation of my practice. Additionally, I find a healthy dose of humor can be an effective tool in lessening the intensity of the work.
