Counseling is sacred work. It is through the vehicle of relationship, with both God and others, that humans were intended to experience restoration. Through the therapeutic relationship, I enjoy coming alongside clients on their journey by providing a safe and compassionate space for exploration. Together we will go beyond just symptom management and work toward understanding the root of what you are experiencing. Whatever you are facing, you were never meant to do so alone.
I offer an integrative approach to counseling. This means that I draw from a variety of theoretical orientations to best meet the individual needs of my clients. I am also trained in the trauma-informed approach, Lifespan Integration.
