While I understand that starting therapy can be a terrifying experience, I recognize how courageous it is and how much trust is earned throughout the therapeutic process. As your counselor, I will meet you where you are at, yet gently challenge you to work towards your goals. I believe we are in this process together, therefore I strive to foster an open, empathetic, authentic, and safe environment where you can foster change and feel supported by me.
