One of the bravest and kindest things we can do for ourselves is to ask for help. Maybe you’re here because you’re feeling stuck and lonely, or imperfect and messy, or maybe you feel disconnected from others and yourself. Maybe this is a difficult season or it has been many difficult seasons. Whoever you may be and whatever reason brought you here, I believe that you are here because somewhere inside you also feel a sense of hope, longing, or possibility that you can feel more ease and clarity. In my practice, I seek to create a space that allows you to unfold into becoming more compassionately connected with yourself and others.
My work is rooted in trauma-informed relational psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems with a focus on body awareness. I aim to be holistic in my approach and consider your context, support, and integrate several theories such as attachment theory, family systems, feminism, and mindfulness in our work together.
We can all feel stuck in our routine or old patterns, unsure of why we react to others the way we do, or why we keep doing things that don’t help us anymore.
I offer a space where you can connect with your mind and body, and tap into the inner wisdom, creativity, and healing you’ve always had within you. I look forward to meeting you.
