I believe that through self-compassion, curiosity, giving space to our emotions, and by processing our thoughts, feelings, and experiences, we can heal and grow through life's most debilitating stressors. I am passionate about helping you create a life worth living.
My areas of interest include college students, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflicts, family stressors, LGBTQIA+ community members, goal and boundary setting, ADHD, ASD, self-esteem issues, difficulties with adjustment and change, and identity development/exploration.
