I am experienced with children, teens, and adults. I have a background in family therapy and am certified in ecopsychology. I approach my work from a humanistic lens and incorporate expressive arts, psychodynamic, and solutions focused modalities. I have experience working with trauma, attachment, depression, anxiety, transitions, ADHD and LGBTQIA+ clients.
My focus is to help you connect, evolve, expand, and become aware of your strengths and skills. I provide a grounding safe space, listen to your hopes, goals, struggles and work to meet you where you are at.
