About
I am not accepting new clients. Hi, I'm Hannah! It can feel challenging to think about starting therapy and overwhelming to know what brings you or your family to seek support. What I know about therapy is that the best fit is usually based on the relationship between the therapist and the client (you). A lot of the time therapy is about how you feel talking to and sitting with that person. The best way to get to know more about me is to give me a call and let’s figure it out together. I look forward to connecting with you regarding traditional office based therapy or Ecotherapy.
I am experienced with children, teens, and adults. I have a background in family therapy and am certified in ecopsychology. I approach my work from a humanistic lens and incorporate expressive arts, psychodynamic, and solutions focused modalities. I have experience working with trauma, attachment, depression, anxiety, transitions, ADHD and LGBTQIA+ clients.
Ecotherapy is about healing with nature and connecting to the environment. Ecotherapy sessions will be based in the woods, parks, fields, gardens, and anywhere we can wander a path together. I bring art therapy and play therapy outdoors where we will play, explore, examine, process and unwind patterns to support you toward healing.
