My practice is most informed by: Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and the Developmental Model for couples.
I work with individuals and couples, often with folks in the LGBTQ+, multicultural, ethically non-monogamous, and spiritual communities. I offer a 5-session pre-marital counseling package to support both intimacy and differentiation as you cross that threshold. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
