I work with individuals & couples navigating life transitions, anxiety, identity, self-worth & relationship issues. My approach is warm, relational & collaborative—grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection. I help clients reconnect with themselves & others, whether they’re facing major life change or feeling stuck in old patterns. For new & expecting parents, I offer support around identity loss, adjustment to parenthood, stress, & the shifting dynamics of relationships, work & caregiving. Many come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or unrecognizable to themselves—I help them find stability, clarity & self-compassion.
While I specialize in perinatal mental health, I also work with clients outside of the parenting journey on issues such as self-esteem, career shifts, intimacy & emotional disconnection. I offer in-person sessions in NYC’s Financial District and telehealth throughout New York.
I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International, with additional training in the intersection of lactation & mental health. I also hold certification as a Sex Therapy Informed Professional, guiding clients through challenges around desire, emotional intimacy & communication.
