I specialize in helping adults who have experienced trauma and neglect and want to go beyond traditional talk therapy. I use somatic therapy, EMDR, and IFS to help you find long-lasting results and believe that trauma does not have to be in the driver’s seat of your life. We’ll work at your pace, knowing that healing from trauma is not always a linear path.
