I work with teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, attachment concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges. In our sessions, you’ll have space to explore what’s shaping your experiences and reconnect with a sense of clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I believe in honoring each client’s autonomy and lived experience while gently exploring how past relationships and systems may be influencing the present. Therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in compassion, with a strong respect for human rights and personal choice.
