Many of my clients appear high functioning on the outside while internally struggling with anxiety, overthinking, comparison to peers, relationship stress, and uncertainty about who they are or where they’re headed next.

I help clients better understand emotional patterns, navigate anxiety and life transitions, and make choices aligned with their values rather than pressure or expectations. Sessions may explore relationships, self-esteem, identity, and uncertainty about the future.
I especially enjoy working with a range of individuals who are navigating transition periods and trying to balance independence, ambition, relationships, and emotional wellbeing. My approach is warm, direct, and nonjudgmental while also helping clients build insight, coping skills, and confidence in themselves.
