Imagine a space where you can express yourself in many different forms as you feel most comfortable; where you can try out new ways of being in your life and in your relationships. I strive to provide a space like this; where your thoughts, feelings and most tender parts can be revealed, nurtured, heard and seen. I offer a rich, multi-modal practice that honors the diverse ways people experience and express themselves.

My focus on creative expression is particularly valuable for neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, Autism, sensory process difference), creative thinkers who process through images/patterns/metaphors, people who have specialized interests to integrate into their healing journey, and those who may be better suited to alternative approaches to self-understanding.

Together, we will explore what you want from therapy and go from there. No life challenge is too big or too small and you don't have to have anything figured out. I offer a free 15-30 minute phone or video consultation. I provide virtual sessions and have limited space for in-person as well (Northwest Philadelphia). I look forward to hearing from you.
