I provide trauma-informed, liberation-oriented therapy for anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, ADHD, stress, shame, trauma, life transitions, and self-discovery. This means a safe, supportive environment without judgment, shame, stigma, pressure, or one-size-fits-all ideas about what makes a person healthy or functional. We’re not here to “fix” you according to what would work for someone else–we’re here to draw your map of your life so you can learn to travel using it. You’ll grow your self-awareness, tune into your body and its needs, identify your values, and learn how to more responsively care for yourself.
We'll explore your experiences, beliefs, and memories; listen to your mind, body, and spirit; and investigate your values, joys, needs, and challenges. We'll experiment with new ways of supportively meeting your needs and build inner resources for meeting challenges. I'll be with you as you build a juicy, satisfying, authentic life.
Therapy with me is justice-oriented, antiracist, neurodiversity-aligned, pro-queer, pro-trans, pro-fat-liberation, nonmonogamy/polyamory-affirming, and anti-ableist. I draw from person-centered therapy, attachment theory, internal family systems, gestalt therapy, insight-oriented therapy, and accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy.
