I work with a range of clients and issues, but am especially passionate about work with young adults and teens, the LGBTQ+ community, trauma, dissociation, and anxiety. I meet clients where they are at, creating individualized treatment plans based on your goals combined with my extensive post-graduate training in effective, evidence-based therapies. This enables me to work creatively with clients to meet individual needs and target the root cause of troubling symptoms. Clients who benefit from an empathetic and down-to-earth approach tend to be a good fit for my style of therapy.
I am chiefly an integrative trauma therapist, and am highly specialized in work with complex trauma or dissociation that can make therapy difficult to engage in for some clients.
I am also often a good fit for those who have struggled to find a clinician who is a good fit for them. I think this is because of my unusually high senses of empathy and open-mindedness, which I feel are some of my greatest strengths as a counselor.
