I’ve learned that healing isn’t about erasing what makes us different; it’s about embracing the full picture of who we are & finding resilience in what we once thought held us back. I work with children, families, and adults who feel stuck.
Whether it’s a child struggling with big emotions, a parent feeling exhausted and unsure of what to do next, or an individual navigating life’s challenges and relationships, my approach is warm, direct & deeply compassionate. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I meet each person and family exactly where they are.
