We all need a place to explore ourselves and heaI. I will work with you to explore life's challenges and find insight. I combine practical strategies with deeper self understanding and personal growth. I will help you make changes and let go of that which does not serve you in order to move forward. Much of my approach is based in CBT and Jungian psychology with an interest in Buddhism and fine arts. I have worked with many in business and academia on productivity and time management and also provide life coaching. I have experience providing support through difficult transitions such as divorce and career change.
I provide an open, supportive space for exploration and self inquiry. My therapeutic methods include, CBT, trauma informed, attachment theory, Jungian psychology, mindfulness therapy and transpersonal therapy. I currently work with individual adults.
