I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the owner of Lumen Counseling CLT. That's a fancy word for a real human with experience and training in helping others through difficult situations. I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), IFS, and several other approaches to help my clients achieve their goals.
