If you feel things deeply and carry more inside than people realize, you don't have to bear that weight alone. I am passionate about working with children, teens, and women navigating anxiety, perfectionism, and the exhaustion of holding everything together. Maybe you're neurodivergent, or simply tired of adapting to spaces that never quite fit. Many of my clients have spent years meeting everyone else's expectations until they lost touch with their own. Together, we slow down. We build self-awareness and real coping skills, so you can reconnect with who you are underneath the pressure.
My work shifts with each stage of life. With kids, play and art open doors that words can't. With teens, we untangle identity and the pressure to keep it together and perform. With women, we work through perfectionism and learn to honor your own needs. I draw on CBT, ACT, and DBT, but the real work happens through curiosity, honesty, and unwavering support.
