Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. Whether your child is struggling with bullying, you’re a teen navigating the challenges of adolescence, or a young adult adjusting to life after high school, you don’t have to move through these transitions alone. I provide therapy for children, teens, and young adults experiencing OCD, anxiety, trauma, depression, and other emotional or behavioral challenges.
My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s healing process. I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and thrive! My role is to aid you with evidence-based tools and genuine understanding.
I have worked with individuals from many different backgrounds, with vast life experiences. I’m trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), driven by a passion for helping those with OCD and related disorders. I’m also deeply committed to supporting athletes and others facing sport-related mental health concerns.
No matter where you are in life, I’m ready to meet you there with compassion and care. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the heart of counseling, and I work to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space for everyone who walks through my door. I’d love to connect and explore how we can work together, no matter what season of life you are in.
