In addition to individual and couples therapy, I facilitate a weekly men’s recovery group for compulsive sexual behavior. This structured group meets weekly on Thursday nights and integrates recovery work, psychoeducation, and shame reduction. Many men find that combining individual therapy with group support reduces isolation and supports change that lasts.

Out-of-Control Sexual Behavior Recovery Group
A supportive outpatient recovery program helping men find hope, healing, and sustainable change from sexual compulsive behaviors. This program provides a safe, structured space to break free from compulsive behaviors, rebuild integrity, and strengthen emotional and relational health. Through guided group therapy, education, and accountability, men learn practical tools for regulation, resilience, and sustainable change. Participants join a community of men committed to growth, honesty, and living in alignment with their values.
