About
Have you noticed a tendency to hold yourself to unrealistic expectations? Does life feel overwhelmingly heavy at times? Have your old ways of coping become less than helpful? Then you're in the right place. Therapy is an opportunity for you to explore the inner workings of your mind in a safe place, with a safe person. I hope to help you view uncomfortable emotions with curiosity and collaborate with you on how to best process your experience. By cultivating an open and honest therapeutic relationship, we can work together to help you overcome the barriers holding you back from living in line with your authentic values.
My therapeutic approach is evidence based, and is designed to take what you already have within you and utilize it to help you. I have experience working in eating disorders, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Your are unique and I value learning the way your experiences have shaped the person you are today.
You have done one of the hardest parts of this process, reaching out for support. Please contact me for an appointment. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to discuss goals and motivations. I look forward to starting this journey with you.
