Life can feel overwhelming sometimes, even reaching out for help can feel daunting but is a powerful first step. I have over twenty years of experience helping people navigate transitions and difficult times in their life. My clients over the years have been challenged by anxiety, depression, life stressors and relationship struggles. My goal is to create a safe environment where my clients have a space to feel safe and supported in facing their challenges and working towards making meaningful changes.
Depending on what works best for you I may gather from CBT, IPT, family systems, supportive and mindfulness based therapy. Together we'll determine the best mode of support for you in facing your challenges while also identifying your current strengths that will help you make the necessary changes to move forward.
In sessions you can expect to be heard and supported in a relaxed environment. My style of treatment is highly specific to each individual client. Whether you're looking to improve relationships, learn specific skills to manage difficult emotions or better navigate life transitions, my work is innovative and flexible to best meet the needs of my client.
