I'm dedicated to providing an accepting environment in which clients can explore and analyze their feelings, experiences, and behaviors in order to achieve the goals they set for themselves. In my practice with clients, I tend to be friendly, talkative, and empathetic with my clients, but unafraid to point out patterns and hold clients accountable so that clients can feel safe and understood, but also ensure growth continues.
I specialize in clients struggling with anxiety, OCD, trauma, self-identity, and depression. Individuals or families who need support in identifying thought or behavior patterns and want to learn skills and identify plans to achieve their goals.
In sessions, I tend to communicate in a down-to-earth and easy-to-understand way. Talking to me is similar to talking with a friend, and clients should be unafraid to use humor or colorful language to express themselves in sessions with me.
