My clinical interests include psychodynamic and attachment theory, somatic based trauma therapy, and eating disorders. I hold a graduate degree in Clinical Social Work Practice from Columbia University, and a Graduate Certificate in Gender & Women’s Studies from the University of Arizona.
My work with clients is relational, collaborative, and co-creative. Perhaps especially in the context of trauma, attachment, and eating disorders, I believe the therapeutic relationship can be a site of exploration, experimentation, analysis, play, and healing.
I draw from a blend of evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, DBT, ACT, mentalization-based therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. I’m also passionate about working with sex workers and ethically non-monogamous/alternative relationships.
