I am a master’s-level associate licensed counselor trained in CBT at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I integrate feminist theory, ACT, IFS, narrative, and mindfulness-based approaches in my work. My ideal clients are individuals seeking a safe, affirming space to explore their identities and the parts of life that may feel difficult or taboo to discuss.
