As the youngest – and only US-born and raised – daughter of two Korean immigrants, I have a unique perspective on multicultural identity development. I am passionate about exploring and affirming all facets of identity, and integrating them in a way that is authentic and fulfilling. My therapy style is liberation-based, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and multidisciplinary (e.g., expressive arts). I am a firm believer that we are not meant to go through life alone and that we thrive in community. We may be a good fit to work together if you are interested in fostering a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.
I have nine years of clinical experience, working across the lifespan (children to seniors) and in various settings (e.g., higher education spaces, elementary schools, local mental health authorities (LMHAs), private practice, VA, & hospitals). I am a generalist with a wide variety of training who can tailor our work to prioritize your preferences and needs!
I am currently an advanced doctoral trainee at the Dallas Mental Health and Performance (DMHP) practice under the supervision of Dr. Lindsey Seefeldt. I accept sliding scale and will collaborate to make therapy accessible for you. At this time, I am not able to accept any new clients.
