HI! I’m Hannah (she/her), my goal is to help create a comforting and supportive space for individuals to explore their experiences and tend to past traumas. I care deeply about destigmatizing mental health and working with individuals who feel marginalized within our society. I enjoy integrating IFS, EMDR, and somatic therapy in my approach.

I work with older teens and adults. I am passionate about the LGBTQ+ community and those dealing with serious mental illness. I have experience helping clients through a wide range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, faith transitions, suicidality/self-harm, and grief.
