Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re navigating a tough season of infertility, pregnancy, postpartum or parenting, I want you to know you're not alone. I’m a licensed clinical social worker and a certified perinatal therapist (PMH-C). As a mother of two, I know firsthand how intense and transformative these years can be. My own journey has included infertility as well as birth trauma and time in the NICU, experiences that deepen my empathy and connection with clients facing similar paths. I bring not only professional training but deep compassion and a non-judgmental presence to every session.

I primarily draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems, approaches that help clients deepen self-understanding and welcome all parts of themselves with curiosity and care. Whether you're dealing with identity shifts or emotional ups and downs, we'll work together to help you reconnect with your values and inner strength.

I believe you are the expert of your own mind and experiences, and that my job as a therapist is to walk alongside you as you work to grow and heal.
